If you are not totally satisfied with your ColorVision product you may return the same within 30 days of the sale date for a complete refund, less our actual shipping charges. There are no re-stocking fees added or any other deductions. Refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Please call 435.656.0570 to request an RMA# PRIOR TO RETURNING A PACKAGE. Packages missing an RMA# will be refused.
2. Returned software must be in like new condition and include all hardware, manuals, and accessories. Boxes missing a UPC code are not eligible for a refund.
3. To be eligible for a refund returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 Days from the date of sale.
4. There is a 20% restocking fee when a single or multiple purchases exceed $400 total within a 30-Day period.
5. Items returned for an exchange or upgrade are not eligible for a return.
6. If a customer returns an item we can not accept returns on subsequent purchases.
7. Once an RMA# has been issued the package needs to be postmarked within 7 business days.
8. Refused packageds missing an RMA# will be charged a $15.00 restocking fee plus the shipping fee.

If your order has not been charged you may cancel your order at no cost. There is a $15.00 cancellation fee per order for orders that have been charged or shipped and refused.

Sales tax applies to Utah orders only. If you are a tax exempt entity please fax us your tax exempt license.

We offer two shipping options:

U.S. Mail Priority 2-3 Day Air: $9.95 + $4.95 for each additional item
U.S. Mail Express 1-2 Day Air: $27.95 + $4.95 for each additional item

Please note the following terms and conditions:

1. In stock items typically ship within 24-48 hours Monday-Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays. Ship and processing times are guidelines only and they do not constitute a guarantee.
2. Depending on location and order weight we reserve the right to substitute another carrier (i.e. UPS or Fedex)
3. We do not refund shipping charges due to carrier errors and/or order delays.
4. Backorder policy. All orders are charged upon receipt. We will do our best to notify customers if/when a backorder situation occurs. Due to constantly changing supply and demand the customer is fully responsible for verifying and confirming the availability of stock prior to placing an order. We do no refund shipping charges due to backorder situations.
5. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged products due to carrier error. Please contact us to purchase insurance prior to placing an order.
6. Items damaged in transit must be reported within 3 business days of receipt.

Yes! We ship internationally. We offer discounted, expedited worldwide shipping via the U.S. Postal Service. To place an international order choose "International Shipping" from the dropdown menu in the shopping chart. We will then email you a shipping quote within 24 hours with a list of shipping methods to choose from. Your credit card will not be charged until you approve our shipping quote.

Please note that all duties and taxes (if any) are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local Post Office for information.
